Bulgaria seizes 80 kilos of heroin at Turkish border
Bulgarian customs seized 80.7 kilos (177.5 pounds) of heroin at the southeastern Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint with Turkey, the customs agency said Wednesday. The drugs - the biggest-ever single haul at any border checkpoint this year - were divided up into 156 packages and hidden in Serbian truck carrying furniture, the agency said in a statement.
