More than 2,000 ‘fake’ sports articles seized by mobile customs teams close to Kapitan Petko Voyvoda

More than 2,000 sports textile articles, imitations of protected brand, have been seized by the mobile custom steams close to the Kapitan Petko Voyvoda border checkpoint.
In the frames of a check-up on a freight vehicle with Polish registration, customs authorities found 2,078 sports outfits - t-shirts and shorts.
The clothes were confiscated under the Marks and Geographical Indications Act. Authorities will alarm the holders of the rights of this brand over the case.
A couple of days ago, some 74.919 undeclared branded clothes, shows, accessories and labels have been detained at the Lesovo customs checkpoint. The truck that was transporting the items was traveling transit through Bulgaria from Turkey to Slovakia.
