T-shirts and beach towels seized in East Customs Bureau

Custom officers from Sofia Customs Office "East" have seized 1500 T-shirts when checking a Turkish truck, the National Customs Agency announced. 1300 of the T-shirts have been declared and some 200 were seized under the Law on Marks and Geographical Indications as bear the inscription "Fred Perry" in violation of trademark rights. In the truck were found 282 terry beach towels brand Ferrari. Product was designed for a Bulgarian company.
This year's warm weather came later, so summer goods are still subject of smuggling and other violations, experts commented.
