NCA fulfils its plan for September with 101.2%

September is another month in which the customs administration implemented the plan of revenue from VAT, excise and customs duties, press centre of the National Customs Agency announced. According to preliminary data for September implementation of the plan for total revenue was 101.2 %.
The National Customs Agency submitted as revenue in the state budget BGN 619 million. Compared to September 2009 revenues raised by 52 million (or 9%) more.
Revenues for September by types of taxes are:
VAT on imports - BGN 236 million, which is 23% more than last year. In absolute amount the collected import VAT is BGN 45 million more.
Excise duties - BGN 368 million, up by 1 % over the previous year.
Duties - BGN 15 million, which is 21% more than in September 2009. Received incomes from customs duties in September were the highest for the past 17 months.
For the nine months of the year, net revenue collected by the customs administration amounted to BGN 4,682,000.
