Illegal cigarettes attached to two women’s bodies seized at Kalotina checkpoint

Around 10,000 pieces of cigarettes have been seized during the Christmas holidays by customs officer at the Kalotina customs checkpoint.
Some of the illegal cigarettes were found attached to the bodies of two women from Bulgaria. They tried to smuggle around 100 boxes of cigarettes each. The cigarettes were with Serbian excise stamp.
In other three routine check-ups on international trains travelling from Serbia to Bulgaria, customs officers found and confiscated around 400 boxes of cigarettes in the fabric cavities of the cars.
The confiscated cigarettes are of different brands, such as Eva Slims, Viceroy, York, Walter Wolf, Monus.
