Customs officers at Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint seize tobacco products, perfumes, fabric items

Customs inspectors at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint have drawn 20 statements of violation over cigarette smuggling during the weekend.
In other 33 cases, authorities have confiscated certain amount of cigarettes, which were exceeding the import limit for tobacco products. The total amount of the cigarettes runs to more than 6 master-cases or more than 51,000 pieces of cigarettes. Some 2.5 kilos of hand-rolling tobacco have been seized, too.
In the frames of a check on two cars, customs officers found and confiscated perfumes and textile items, bearing logos of protected trademarks, such as Paco Rabanne, D&G, Armani, Nike, and others.
