NCA and Philip Morris Bulgaria destroy 7.23 million boxes counterfeit cigarettes L & M


Today, July 21, 2011, the National Customs Agency and Philip Morris Bulgaria destroyed more than 7.23 million counterfeit cigarettes branded L & M. This is part of more than 14.5 million cigarettes, L & M, seized in September 2010 and February 2011 during customs checks at border areas of Kulata and Ilinden.
Philip Morris International granted to the National Customs Agency necessary confirmation expertise that the seized cigarettes branded L & M, which is owned by Philip Morris Products SA, are false and recommended their immediate destruction.
