NCA to lodge appeal against Administrative Court decision

National Customs Agency Director Vanyo Tanov commented on the news about Sofia Administrative Court's ruling to stop the Customs Agency's suspension of Lukoil Neftochim license, saying the agency would lodge an appeal against the court's decision within seven days.
As to the possibility to hold talks with Lukoil, Vanyo Tanov underlined that There are no talks; there is fulfillment or failure to fulfill legislative requirements.
The decision of Bulgaria's Customs Agency Director to strip Lukoil of its license is still in force, because an appeal could be lodged against the court's ruling within seven days and Monday's ruling is not final, Customs Agency press center announced in relation with the ruling of Sofia Administrative Court to stop Customs Agency's suspension of Lukoil license.
Customs Agency will lodge an appeal before the Supreme Judicial Court within the period the law provides for.
