Customs officers at Danube Bridge found 109 boxes of illegal cigarettes with Chinese inscription. The cigarettes were found in the luggage booth of a passenger's bus travelling from Greece to Romania.
The sticker stating the owner of the luggage was deliberately cut off and customs officers had to check the passengers individually to ascertain the owner - a Romanian national, who was arrested.
The seized cigarettes were of the brand Cooper.
