Kardzhali Customs Office revealed illegal sale of 28 tons coal


Employees of the Customs Office in Kardzhali revealed illegal sales of 27.8 tons of coal in the town of Dzhebel, press center of the National Customs Agency announced. This is the third case in the last two weeks in which employees of the Customs Office Svilengrad establish illegal sale of coal. In a joint operation with the District Police Directorate the customs inspectors discovered sacks of coal in a warehouse in the town of Dzhebel, the sale of which the owner has not submitted proof of payment, charge or security of excise duty. Samples of coal discovered will be sent to the laboratory of the National Customs Agency, where they can be tested calorific indicator required for calculating the excise duty.
