The inspection confirms once again that there are irregularities that give possibility for evasion of the sensors.
The NCA reminded today in written form the licensed warehouse Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD that pursuant to Art. 38 of the measurement verification of measuring instruments are carried out by the Bulgarian Metrology Institute or by persons authorized by the State Agency for Metrology and Technical Surveillance. The established lack of metrological signs and seals of metrological inspection in the warehouse hinder the approval procedure of the points of control and conformity assessment of measuring instruments and control requirements set in the Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses Act and Regulation № 3.
