Lachezar Krastev appointed Deputy Director of National Customs Agency


At the order of Bulgarian Finance Minister Petar Chobanov, Lachezar Krastev was appointed deputy director of the National Customs Agency in charge of Customs Regimes and Procedures, Tariff Policy, Excise Duty and Information Systems.

Lachezar Krastev was born on 04.05.1969 in the town of Svishtov. He had graduated Master in Economics at D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics - Svishtov. His entire professional experience was acquired in the customs administration, where he has been working since 1991 now, without interruption. He had occupied variety positions in the agency such as customs police officer, customs inspector, chief inspector at Customs Regimes and Procedures Department, head of Bonded Warehousing, Warehouses Under Customs Control, Free Zones and Free Warehouses Department etc.
