Customs officers at Danube Bridge border point revealed 15 kilograms pseudoephedrine, hidden in Bulgarian car. Officers of Customs Ruse stopped the car to X-ray check. Сustoms officers discovered 15 kilograms tablets, hidden in the car. The drug test indicates that the tablets are pseudoephedrine - a precursor for methamphetamine.
The offender was arrested .
A pre-court proceeding was initiated on the case. An investigation is underway.

This is the second case of detention of pseudoephedrine at Danube Bridge border point. In a joint operation of DG "National Police", Ministry of Interior - Stara Zagora, Customs Agency and border police on 6 February there was detained 10.5 kg. pseudoephedrine.
