Inspectors from Rousse Customs House discovered illegal fuel during inspection in automotive complex


Nearly one tone of fuel without papers were detained during an inspection in automotive complex located in the surroundings of Ruse. Inspectors from the department "Customs Intelligence and Investigation" at Rousse Customs House discovered illegal oil products hidden behind a wagon in the complex. Customs inspectors found 3 pcs PVC one-ton containers. Two of them were empty, and the third contained about 900 liters liquid smelling of oil.
The owner could not provide documentation for paid excise duty and type of fuel. Customs officers seized goods and container. Fuel samples were sent for laboratory analysis. Act to establish an administrative offense will be drawn to the owner of the automotive complex.
