Customs officers seized 250 liters of illegal alcohol in Teteven



Mobile customs group seized 250 liters of illegal alcohol brandy without documents in the town of Teteven. The illegal alcohol was detained during customs inspection of a private property - a house used as a warehouse. During the inspection was found quarter ton brandy in plastic tubes. The brandy was sold in smaller bottles to customers and tourists in three types - apple, plum and grappa. Preliminary figures show that the brandy was made from ethyl alcohol with flavoring and coloring. Samples of the alcohol were submitted for laboratory analysis. The work on the case continues.
